Return & Refund Policy

At Threads+, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
If something isn’t right, our return process is simple, transparent, and designed to get you taken care of quickly.

Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To Qualify for a Return:

To ensure the hygiene and quality control required for commercial-grade linens, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unopened.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all inserts and tags intact.
  • Exception: Linens or towels that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return unless defective.

Return Shipping

We handle return shipping differently depending on the reason for the return.

If ThreadsPlus is at Fault (Free Return Shipping)

We cover the full cost of return shipping when:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

If Returning for Other Reasons (Customer Pays Shipping)

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., color, size, or style not as expected, or the order was placed incorrectly), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For your convenience, we’ll issue a prepaid return label.
  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To keep everything organized and processed quickly, please submit a request using our Return Request Form before sending anything back.

The Process:

  1. Submit Request: Complete our online Return Request Form.
  2. Approval & Label: Once your request is approved, we’ll email you the return label and instructions.
  3. Ship: You’ll ship the item back using the provided label.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund.
  5. Processing Time: Processing time is typically within 5 business days after the return is received.

Refunds

Refunds are sent exclusively to the original payment method.

  • If return shipping charges apply (due to customer preference), those will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • If you used a gift card or store credit at checkout, the refund will be issued back in the same form.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund after the stated processing window (5 business days plus your bank’s posting time):

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer—some financial institutions take additional time to post refunds.
  3. Contact your bank if needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or promotional status:

  • Clearance or final-sale products.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Any product marked on its listing as “non-returnable.”

We always list any exceptions directly on the product page so there are no surprises.
